powerCON® XX Series
The powerCON is a locking 3 conductor equipment AC connector with contacts for line, neutral and pre-mating ground contact. It replaces appliance couplers wherever a very rugged solution in combination with a locking device is needed in order to guarantee a safe power connection.
The new powerCON FXXA/B series is fully IEC EN 60320-1 compliant and allows for hot plugging (CBC) with chassis versions type NAC3MPXXA and NAC3MPXXB. It is also accepted for use with cord sets as per IEC EN 60799:2012.
Attention:
Types "FCA/B" and FCA/B-1" have no CBC and must not be connected or disconnected under load.
